Centra Hospital in Lynchburg VA. had a great idea to care for their nurses. They created a formal sleep education program for new nursing staff. In addition to sleep stategies, all new graduates receive a sleep mask and ear plugs as well as a sleep consultation with Centra’s Sleep Disorders Center.
